Golden Globe nominee Emily Blunt is front and center on the cover of the new issue of Niche Media's Los Angeles Confidential magazine, and she's dishing about the film she's nominated for -- as well as whether or not she and her fiancé, "The Office"'s John Krasinski, will be saying "I do" soon.

Blunt, who is nominated for her regal role of Queen Victoria in 'The Young Victoria,' tells the mag: "I really felt it was one of those rare parts to play, a character with such gravitas. I loved that the script was really focused on a dysfunctional family more than royalty. I thought it was a fresh look at her and royalty and more intimate look because you really see the private life."

The 26-year-old actress also opens up about her own private life with her funnyman fiancé: "There's definitely no way I could speak of [wedding] plans because there literally aren't any." She adds that Krasinski is "so funny it's painful."

JASON BINN HAS A BEST ACTOR “NICHE” AT THE OSCARS

JASON BINN HAS A BEST ACTOR “NICHE” AT THE OSCARS

Quite a winning streak from the Niche Media ceo. March 2007 “Academy Awards Preview” in Binn’s L.A Confidential had The last King of Scotland star Forest Whitaker on the cover, and he wins the “Best Actor” Oscar. Ditto Capote star Philip Seymour Hoffman in 2006, and Ray’s Jamie Foxx in 2005. All were feted by Binn (pre-Oscar each time) at Los Angeles’ Mondrian, so who needs the Golden Globes, et al., to forecast when you have Jason? (Tiki Barber’s post-NFL career also took off after Binn put him on the cover of Gotham; see min, January 29, 2007.) To prove that his skill really holds, Binn should put Razzie winners (or, better put, losers) Sharon Stone (Basic Instinct 2) and Marlon Wayans/Shawn Wayans (Little Man) on the LAC cover next March.
